1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing FreshRite Coaching’s website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for violations or security risks.
3. Purchases and Billing
Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction. Payments are processed by third-party providers. For self-paced programs, you may request a refund within 14 days if under 20% is completed. Cohort and 1:1 coaching are subject to scheduling policies described at checkout.
4. Programs and Schedules
We may modify cohort start dates, coach assignments, or curricula for quality and availability. We will notify affected learners of material changes and provide reasonable alternatives.
5. Acceptable Use and Conduct
Do not misuse the platform, harass participants, or infringe rights. We prohibit recording private sessions without consent and any attempt to reverse engineer site features.
6. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by FreshRite Coaching or its licensors and protected by law. Your license is personal, non-transferable, and limited to enrolled learners for lawful purposes.
7. Disclaimers
We provide training and coaching for educational purposes. Outcomes vary by individual. We make no medical, psychological, or legal guarantees.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshRite Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims arising from services shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Revisions take effect upon posting. We will notify you of material updates.
